This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in filing of criminal appeal against the order of acquittal dated 04.06.2024 passed in STC No.580 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 158 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
