Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate departmental and disciplinary proceedings against the said Pushpavathy the riminal mastermind behind the said scam, who is presently Deputy Collector, Trichy District and complete the said enquiry in the manner known to law and award punishment to her by passing appropriate final orders in the manner known to law within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner, Mr.R.Velusamy, who is appearing in person, requested this Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition and he has also produced the copies of the Aadhar card and the driving licence in support of his identity. This Court, placing on record the copies of the Aadhar card and the driving licence produced by the petitioner/party-in-person in support of his identity, accepting his request, dismisses the writ petition as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.24041 & 24042 of 2017 are also dismissed. No costs.
