These petitions have been filed for extension of time to pay the required Court Fees as per the Common Order of this Court dated 22.07.2016 made in CRP [NPD] No.944 & 945of 2005.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would state that due to sudden demise of the counsel, who appeared for the petitioners before the Court below, they are unable to trace and collect the records and hence, they are not able to pay the Court Fees within the prescribed time. When they presented the Court Fees before the trial Court, the trial Court refused to receive the same as the time fixed by this Court has already been expired. Hence, the petitioners have filed these petitions for extension of time to pay the necessary Court fees.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, time is extended for a further period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and the trial Court shall accept the same and these petitions are Ordered accordingly.
