This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for the disobedience and non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 24.01.2024 in WP.No.14190 of 2022, thereby the respondent had been directed to disburse the deducted amount of Rs.6,75,600/- to the petitioner forthwith.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has filed affidavit before this Court stating that the order passed by this Court on 24.01.2024 in WP.No.14190 of 2022 has been complied with.

3. In view of the affidavit of the respondent, this contempt petition is closed.
