The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to the petitioner/ complainant to file an appeal against the order passed in STC.No.6782 of 2022 dated 06.12.2023 passed by the learned III Fast Track Court, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-600 015.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 08.04.2024 for admission.
