..Respondents in all WPS Common Prayer: These writ petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in its Syndicate Resolution (Item 96) dated 13.4.2015 and to quash the same to the extent that it excludes the petitioner herein from the benefit of regularization and for a direction to the 1st respondent to regularize absorb the services of the petitioner from the Date of his Appointment on par with the similarly placed persons whose services have been regularized by the Resolution of the Syndicate of the University dated 13.4.2015.
