O R D E R
The petitioners have filed this petition to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9343 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.27589 of 2018 dated 18.07.2019, that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that originally petitioners are granted Anticipatory Bail on condition that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Consequently, the condition was modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first working day of every month
at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He further submitted that due to Covid-19 the petitioners are inconvenient to appear before the respondent police. Hence, he seeks to relax the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners have complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
