ORDER

The petitioners have filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to issue appointment Orders to them to the post of Assistant Surgeon [Dental].

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioners have been appointed as Assistant Surgeons and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
