O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4891 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4891 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020, that the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that due to Covid-19 situation and the employment of the petitioner, it is very difficult to report before the respondent police. Hence, he seeks to modify the conditions.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the investigation almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions already imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4891 of 2020 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. This petition is ordered accordingly.
