This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to quash the order in Ref No:TN/CHN/CC/26/TN-26998/Enf/2014 dated 07.01.2015 under Section 7 A of the EPF Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and the learned counsel representing the respondents appeared through video conference.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petitioner has become infructuous.
