Mr. Jayesh Dolia, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that work has started and whatever assurance was given before this Court is being complied with. The learned counsel further submitted that if any problems are faced by the petitioner, the same can be intimated and the 1st respondent will immediately take action to ensure that the residents are not put to any undue hardship.
