ORDER

This petition has been filed to make a fair and impartial investigation in Crime No.1027 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and to add the correct penal provisions in synchronize with the gravity of the overt act inflicted by the perpetrators of the crime and also to file a final report in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.On a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.1027 of 2015 on 05.06.2015 for offences under Sections 341 and 323 IPC. Now, it is the case of the defacto complainant that other offences are to be added in the FIR. The FIR cannot be amended under the Code of Criminal Procedure and during the investigation, if grave offences surfaces, it is needless to say that the police will include those offences also in the final report.
