The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the file of the respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.26695/2009/A4 dated 23.08.2012 and to quash the same and empanelling the petitioner in 2009 Deputy Tahsildar promotion panel above the juniors as per the direction of this Court dated 21.02.2012 in W.P.No.22402 of 2011.
2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that due to the pendancy of criminal case and departmental proceedings, promotion was not given to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner and he was imposed with the punishment of stoppage of increment for six months without cumulative effect. Challenging the said punishment, the petitioner preferred appeal before the Appellate Authority. Hence, liberty may be given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law after disposal of the appeal.
4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law after disposal of the appeal preferred before the Appellate Authority. No costs.
