Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Mandamus, calling for the entire records 1/6

relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 27.02.2026 in Na.Ka.No.262/2023/Q2 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to retain the petitioner in the Government Middle School, Solariyar, Valparai, Coimbatore District by considering her representation dated 02.03.2026.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the entire records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 27.02.2026 in Na.Ka.No.262/2023/Q2 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to retain the petitioner in the Government Middle School, Solariyar, Valparai, Coimbatore District by considering her representation dated 02.03.2026."

The petitioner would submit that she was appointed as a Noon Meal Organizer in the Puratchi Thalaivar MGR Government High School, Kadamparai Power Hose, Valparai, by the 1st respondent vide proceedings dated 24.08.2012. The said school is 45 Kms away from the petitioner's residence and the petitioner has to travel by bus.

3. The petitioner would further submit that she has a girl child and it is very difficult for her to travel daily to attend the work in the said school. While so, the 1st respondent vide proceeding dated 27.02.2026 issued promotion and transfer order to 22 persons, including the 3rd respondent, transferring the 3rd respondent to Government Middle School, Solaiyar Estate. Challenging the same the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is residing within 3 Kms of the Government Middle School, Solaiyar Estate, however, without considering the petitioner, the 3rd respondent has been transferred to the said school. 3/6

5. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

6. The transfer is an incidence of service and it cannot be claimed as a matter of right. This writ petition is nothing but an abuse of process of Court. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
