(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 719 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant in the above appeal.

2.The learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection in allowing this petition and this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.
