Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner considering petitions's representation dated 09/04/2014 and thereby direct the respondents to appoint the petitions as Permanent Administrator-cum-Poojari of Arulmighu Sri Chenraya Perumal Swamy Temple at Thalavaipatti Village, Palpannai, Salem District.

For Petitioner - Mr.A.Rajesh Kanna For Respondents - Mr.M.Maharaja, Special Government Pleader (HR&CE).

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner is now continuing as Poojari in Arulmighu Sri Chenraya Perumal Swamy Temple.

2. The claim of the writ petitioner is that he should be absorbed as Permanent Poojari and as an Administrator.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

behalf of the respondents, submits that a proper application is to be submitted by the writ petitioner in this regard under Section 63(b) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act. In the event of submitting such an application, the same will be considered by the Competent Authorities, on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Thus, it is left open to the writ petitioner to submit a proper application under the provisions of the Act, in order to redress his grievances.
