ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.18 of 2015 and to file final report in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.18 of 2015 for offences under Sections 406 and 506(ii) IPC, has been registered before the respondent. 4.It is the grievance of the petitioner that her statement itself was not recorded by the police.

5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
