The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 28.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.42745 of 2016 has been complied with. In this regard, the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts issued order in proceeding Rc.No.1596/2017/NHIS dated 07.05.2018. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. 2.Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
