The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the cause did not exist in respect of the Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed seeking modification of the final order passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.13110 of 2016 dated 07.04.2016.

Thus, no further orders are required in this petition and accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
