The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in S.R.No.157/96/D dated 22.01.1998 under 9(5) of the Tamil Nadu Urban Land Ceiling and Regulation Act and quash the same and to pass orders. ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in S.R.No.157/96/D dated 22.01.1998 under 9(5) of the Tamil Nadu Urban Land Ceiling and Regulation Act and to quash the same. 2.When the matter was listed and called on 06.06.2018 and 13.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence the matter was adjourned to 19.06.2018 under the caption "for dismissal".

3.Even today when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
