ORDER

This matter is taken up for hearing through VideoConferencing.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to sanction earned leave, unearned leave to his credit as well as Special Provident Fund in accordance with Fundamental Rule viz., 86(a) (i) (ii) (iii).

3. Mrs.Rajalakshmi Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, upon instructions would submit that the representation of the petitioner regarding sanctioning of earned leave, unearned leave and Special https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Provident Fund could be disposed of within a period of three months.

4.Considering the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction,directing the respondents to dispose of the claim of the petitioner for sanctioning of earned leave, unearned leave and Special Provident Fund, on or before 30.09.2020.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
