ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Special Court for exclusive trial of POCSO Act case at Thiruvannamalai to

complete the trial within a time stipulated by this Court in Spl.S.C.No.103 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner had filed a complaint as against the respondent before the learned the Special Court for exclusive trial of POCSO Act case at Thiruvannamalai to complete the trial within a time stipulated by this Court in Spl.S.C.No.103 of 2023. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner has filed this present petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Special Court for exclusive trial of POCSO Act case at Thiruvannamalai to complete the trial within a time stipulated by this Court in Spl.S.C.No.103 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
