Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings in charge memo issued by the third respondent bearing R.O.C.No.4446/2014/bf2 dated 05.08.2015 and charge memo issued by the second respondent bearing ROC No.34085/18DPC 22 dated 27.08.2018 respectively and pass final orders within a period of four weeks.

This matter is taken up for hearing through VideoConferencing.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conclude the Disciplinary proceedings commenced pursuant to the Charge Memos dated 05.08.2015 and 27.08.2018.

3. Mrs.Rajalakshmi Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, under instructions, would report that the Disciplinary proceedings could be completed within a time limit fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to complete the Disciplinary enquiry and pass final orders there on, on or before 30.09.2020.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
