The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail in Criminal Original Petition No. 8166 of 2020 on 05.06.2020. Since the case was not listed earlier he has filed another petition which was numbered as Crl.OP.No.8221 of 2020 and listed today (08.06.2020). Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
