Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body of the detenue, namely, R.Mahalakshmi, D/o.V.Ragupathy, aged about 24 years, residing at No.26, Perambalur-33 from the illegal and unlawful detentions of the respondents 3 and 4 before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R
(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.) This Writ Petition is instituted, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition for causing the production of one R.Mahalakshmi.
2. After considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and after coming to know that the said girl is likely to get married on 11th June 2017, which was hardly three days away, we passed a detailed order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on 8th June 2017, directing a woman Sub-Inspector and a woman Constable to visit the place of residence of the alleged detenue R.Mahalakshmi and interact with her and, in case, she informs the Police Personnel that she is interested to get married to the writ petitioner, to cause her production in the Court on 9th June 2017, but not otherwise. Accordingly, a woman Sub-Inspector and a woman Constable visited the residence of the father of R.Mahalakshmi and met and interacted independently with R.Mahalakshmi.
3. It appears, the said R.Mahalashmi told the Police Personnel, that she was friendly with the writ petitioner at one time and the proposal of the writ petitioner to get married to her was considered by her but rejected by her. She also informed the Police Personnel that she resigned the job in Chennai, more than a year back and on her own volition now she is getting married on the 11th of June 2017.

In those circumstances, we feel that no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and we can only hope and trust that the writ petitioner will not get disturbed unduly that he could not marry R.Mahalakshmi, his one time friend, the writ petitioner. We are hopeful that he will concentrate on his own avocation, more productively and usefully, henceforth and improve his lot in all respects in life.
5. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
