O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant approached the petitioner for securing job in transport corporation. Thereafter the petitioner through common friend came to know about one Venkatesan that he is arranging job in the transport corporation and both the petitioner and defacto complainant approached the said Venkatesan and gave money, however, the said Venkatesan neither secured job for the defacto complainant nor repaid the amount. 2.The matter relates to job racketing. In the recent past, these type of incidents have greatly increased. Hence, this Court directs the law enforcing agency to enquire into the matter in respect of the said Venkatesan and to file a report before this Court on or before 14.06.2021.
