O R D E R
In this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner/wife seeks transfer of D.O.P.No. 452 of 2025 pending on the file of Family Court, Salem to Family Court, Vellore.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner-wife with her children, the respondent-husband and paternal grandparents of the children have appeared before this Court in person. Their respective counsel appeared before this Court and submitted that the case may be referred to the Mediation Centre, Vellore for amicable settlement between the parties.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 2/6

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by both parties along with their respective counsel, this Court is inclined to refer the matter before the Mediation Centre, Vellore. Hence, the Family Court, Salem is hereby directed to send all related papers regarding the case in D.O.P. No.452 of 2025 to the Family Court, Vellore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Family Court, Vellore, is directed to take case on file by issuing notice to both the parties directing them to appear before the Mediation Centre, Vellore on 07.07.2026 without fail, for amicable settlement.
5. Both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre, Vellore, in the presence of the Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mr. S.Nagarajan, on 07.07.2026.
6.The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Family Court, Vellore, the Family Court, Salem and Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge.

7. During the hearing, the respondent-father and paternal grand parents of the children sought permission of this Court to talk with the children.
8. In view of the aforesaid submission, they are permitted to speak with the children over phone or on video calls on the alternative days from 7 pm to 8 pm.
9. With the aforesaid directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
