Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2018 and his nomination for drawal of panel for promotion to the post of Head Master in Government Higher Secondary School for the year 2019 to 2020 and promote him to the post of Head Master in Government Higher Secondary School assigning appropriate seniority considering his rank secured in the recruitment made by the Teachers Recruitment Board. Heard Dr. R.Gouri, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mrs. C.Sangamithirai, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First, Third and Fourth Respondents and Mr. C.Kathiravan, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 21.05.2018 made by the Petitioner and his nomination for withdrawal of panel for promotion to the post of Head Master in Government Higher Secondary School for the academic year 2019 - 2020 and promote him to the post of Head Master considering his rank secured in the recruitment made by the Teachers Recruitment Board. 3.

It is brought to the notice that the Respondent by Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 24616/W1/E1/2019 dated 22.03.2022 has disposed the said representation and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition and if the Petitioner has any other grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
