Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to modify the orders passed by the Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.1583 of 2015 on 03.07.2015 by modifying the condition that the petitioners shall report before the court and instead of report before the respondent Police Station.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is praying to modify the orders passed by the Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.1583 of 2015 on 03.07.2015 that the petitioners shall report before the court, instead of respondent Police Station.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. These petitioners are accused of offences under Sections 341, 307, 506(ii) IPC and they were arrested on 20.06.2015 and were released on bail on 03.07.2015 on the orders of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.1583 of 2015. While granting bail, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu has imposed condition on the petitioners to report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30 p.m. for 40 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners appeared only for 14 days and thereafter they have not appeared.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the defacto-complainant in this case is a Police Inspector and therefore the petitioners are made to wait in the police station from morning to evening.
6. Taking all these aspects into consideration, it will serve the interest of justice, if the aforesaid condition is modified to the fact that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram at 10.30 a.m., every day for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required.
7. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
