By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition, to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the patta for the property situated at Kottur Village, Perumal Koil First Street, comprised in Old Survey No.66/1, T.S.No.94/1, Block No.16, measuring an extent of 1223 sq.ft of land on the Southern Side, out of total extent of 2450 sq.ft. of vacant land in the petitioner's name, by considering his representation, dated 26.07.2016.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation, dated 26.07.2016, for effecting transfer of patta in respect of the above referred land, the second respondent has not passed any order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

so far.

4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.07.2016, and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.07.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
