This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify one of the condition imposed by the Court below while allowing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 311 Cr.P.C. directing her to pay Rs.10,000/- to the respondent/complainant. 1/3

2. Heard Mr.H.Rajasekar, learned counsel for petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the order passed by the Court below, this Court is inclined to modify the cost imposed by the Court below and there shall be a direction to the petitioner to pay cost of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the respondent/complainant during the next date of hearing. The other condition imposed by the Court below remains unaltered.
