O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner appeal dated 24.12.2018 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

Since the Revenue Tahsildar, Vepanthattai had conducted a Field Survey and after enquiry, passed an order dated 21.12.2018 in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/7567/2018, making necessary correction with regard to the registration of the Deep Borewell in S.No.309/2F1B and also made entry in the Survey No.309/2F1A, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 24.12.2018 to alter the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

electricity connection to the Survey No.309/2F1A and since the same is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, hereby directs the Executive Engineer, TANGEDCO, Electricity Distribution Circle, Perambalur, the 2nd respondent herein to consider the pending appeal of the petitioner dated 24.12.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
