This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2687 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2687 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025 is relaxed.
