This Writ petition has been filed seeking to call for the records related to the impugned order in Letter No.744/2017/Ni.A2, dated 20.12.2017 issued by the respondent, quash the same as illegal, consequently directing the respondent to give postings to the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
