The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2018.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is a cable TV operator and is running the business with proper license. He claims that the 2nd respondent without doing any cable TV business, obtained a license from the 1st respondent against which the petitioner gave a representation dated 04.08.2018 to the 1st respondent for appropriate action. The said representation is yet to be considered by the 1st respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent on instructions fairly submitted that the petitioner's claim would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of personal hearing to all the required parties. 4.Such statement of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent is recorded and this Court grants six (6) weeks time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for such an exercise.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
