Learned counsel for the petitioner states that action has been taken satisfactorily and continued action is required inasmuch as during the marriage season, there should be adequate police force. This aspect is assured by the learned Government Pleader. We also direct that wherever encroachments have been removed, no re-encroachment will be permitted and the Municipal Officer concerned in the area be personally responsible for the same on the pain of contempt. No further directions are required.
