This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent Police to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2015 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 10.06.2015, it appears to be a dispute between the petitioners and one Anandan with regard to property.

4. Considering the allegation made by the petitioners and the prayer sought for by the petitioners, the third respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioners and take action in accordance with law.
