3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.152 of 2023, the same has been closed as "Mistake of Fact" and Referred Charge Sheet was also served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
