Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent culminating in Letter No.C3/8355/2008 dated 26.10.20009, issued by the respondent, directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,62,43,000/- towards the balance amount of infrastructure and amenities charges, with interest at 12% per annum for every completed month from 25.08.2008 after deducting Rs.29,22,000/- for the development of the property in Plot No.24 (S.P) S.Nos.189/2, 190/2, 191/2, 195/2, 196/2 of Mannur Village, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondent from cancelling the PPA issued under No.C3/38400/2004 dated 06.03.2008.
