ORDER
Though the present writ petition has been filed seeking to declare the registration of the 4th respondent association in Registration Certificate No.63 of 2012 issued by the 3rd respondent as invalid and against the provisions of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, however, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, for the very same prayer sought in this writ petition, the petitioner has approached the Inspector General of Registration for appropriate relief. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
