WP No. 9785 of 2019 PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in letter No.20073/ Police. IVA/ 2018-6 dated 14.11.2018 and the consequential order of the 5th respondent in C.No. 4/ AC/ SRMC/ PR/ 2018 dated 13.2.2019 and quash the same WP No. 2303 of 2019 PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for records on the file of the third respondent who passed the order suspending the petitioner on 9.12.2010 in Rc.No.3861/H2(H3)/2008 subsequently not permitting the petitioner to retire from service vide order dated 27.06.2011 made in C.No.H2/H3/3861/2008 C.S.No.
1232/2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 30.6.2011 with all attendant benefits including promotion as Inspector of Police with effect from 8.8.2010 the date on which his immediate Juniors were promoted and settle all his service and retirement benefits with interest at the rate of 9 percent per annum till the amount was settled by the Respondents WP No. 8420 of 2019 PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari, call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in letter No.20073./Police.IVA/2018-6 dated 14.11.2018, the consequential order of the 5th respondent in C.No.5/AC/SRMC/ PR/2018 dated 13.02.2019 and quash the same.

Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions and he has also made endorsements to that effect in the respective case bundles. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in all these cases and the endorsements made by him, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
