The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dismissing the Transfer O.P.No.61 of 2013 filed by the revision petitioner on the ground that the conduct of the Presiding Officer caused an apprehension in the mind of the revision petitioner.

2. It is now informed by the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions that the Presiding Officer has since changed. Considering the fact that the only reason for seeking the transfer was on account of the Presiding Officer and taking note of the fact that the Presiding Officer has since been transferred, nothing survives for consideration and Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous for the fact that the Presiding Officer has been transferred and the cause for filing Transfer O.P., no longer exists.
