Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relevant to the order in Na.Ka.No.22118/J2/2016 dated 28.04.2017 passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his job till completion of his orginal superannuation age as per his date of birth 19.06.1959 and pay all service benefits towards the same.
