This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time granted in para 5(b) for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.7599 of 2020 order dated 15.05.2020.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready with sureties. Since the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthukuli, Tiruppur District is not fully functioning due to restriction of COVID-19, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties before 08.06.2020, hence, seeks modification.
Considering the submission made by the learned for the petitioner, the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each, before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date of lifting of lockdown and commencement of regular functioning of Court below, failing which the bail granted by this Court shall stand dismissed automatically;
