Shamsudin Mohammed v. The Official Liquidator

This application has been filed to direct the Official Liquidator to execute the sale certificate in favour of the applicants.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted the applicants have already paid the entire sale consideration and hence, the Official Liquidator may be directed execute the sale Certificate in favour of the applicants.

3. Having regard to the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with the application, the petitioner is directed to approach the Official Liquidator with relevant documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on such production, the Official Liquidator is directed to take steps as per law.

4. This application is Ordered accordingly.
