This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition on the petitioner "to appear before the respondent fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19002 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.28676 of 2019 on 02.01.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19002 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.28676 of 2019 on 02.01.2020. 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that show cause notice has been issued and the petitioner may be directed to appear while issuing summons. 4.Considering the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on receipt of summons without giving any reason. Accordingly, the petition is relaxed.
