This Application has been filed to amend the 5th defendant as "M and A Health and Wellness", the 7th defendant as "VADR Active Learning", the 9th defendant as "M and A Sports Arena" and 11th defendant as "Union Bank of India" in the short and long cause title and wherever it finds place in the plaint.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the Defendants 1 to 3 would submit that he has no serious objections in allowing this application.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into account the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the defendants 1 to 3 and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the same, this application is ordered as prayed for.

4.Learned counsel appearing for the applicants/ plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the plaint.
