[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Habeas Corpus Petition to the following effect:
"The Respondents states that the petitioner's wife is in Dubai and the petitioner seeks permission to seek custodial rights of his child D.Reeya before the concerned court. The permission may be granted. Hence petition may be withdrawn as not pressed."

2.Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, this Court grants liberty to workout his remedy for obtaining custody of his child D.Reeya before the Competent Forum, if he so desires/advised.
