The present Application has been filed to accept the English Translation of the Will dated 23.10.1993, originally in Tamil by a translator and take it on file in the above O.P.D.No.11291 of 2023.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1627 of 2025 in OP DR.No.11291 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
