2. The petitioner challenges the order attaching its Bank account. Mrs.Hema Muralikrishnan, learned Standing Counsel for the Department would submit that the Assessing Officer had informed her that the attachment order has already been lifted. Hence nothing survives in the Writ Petition.
3. Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
